 6 MONTH PARTS WARRANTEE

Freedom’s products are made to a very high standard, that's why we offer all of our customers (must be original purchaser) a six month parts warrantee from the original purchase date. This does not apply to disposables or refills or the B150 or LTD1 kits. The LTD1 or B150 carry a 28 day battery warrantee. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation and full product inspection by Freedom. If you need to return your i-Pack, battery or charger, please complete the Return Product form (RPF), and send both the RPF and product/s in a padded envelope to our returns address as stated on the RPF. RPF forms can either be obtained by clicking here or emailing our customer service at support@freedomcigarettes.com. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.

 FAQs

  • 1) Will Freedoms help me quit smoking?

Freedoms will not help you quit smoking, but are a healthier and more social alternative to tobacco cigarettes. They are not a cessation device.
  • 2) CAN I SMOKE FREEDOMS ANYWHERE?

Freedoms do not burn tobacco and therefore do not fall under tobacco laws, so they can be smoked in restaurants, bars, clubs, planes, offices and other places where the smoking ban is enforced. Freedoms produce a cool relatively odourless vapour which dissipates in seconds. Always check with the location management or staff if you are unsure whether they will object to you using your e-cig.
  • 3) When shouldn’t I smoke Freedoms?

When you are either ill, pregnant or breast feeding. You must also be over 18 years old.
  • 4) WHY THE BLUE LED?

The Blue LED tip and mid-ring (in our disposable models) looks cool and ensures our electric cigarettes are not mistaken for tobacco cigarettes in public places.
  • 5) Do Freedoms produce smoke?

No they produce a vapour which looks like smoke and disappears in seconds.
  • 6) Is the Vapour harmful to others?

There are no hazards identified with exhaled vapour.
  • 7) HOW LONG DOES EACH REFILL CARTRIDGE LAST?

Super Cartomiser refills (i-Pack and 2012 starter kit) last approximately 350 puffs depending on the user. This is approximately two packets of traditional cigarettes. Our new Super Cartomiser disposable lasts approximately 600 puffs depending on the user. This is approximately three packets of traditional cigarettes, which is amazing value for money.
  • 8) Does the vapour smell?

The vapour is almost totally odourless, which means no more smelly breath or clothes.
  • 9) WHAT FLAVOURS ARE AVAILABLE?

In our original range there is original roasted, light original and cool menthol. In our new 2012 Super Cartomiser range there is premium original tobacco, tobacco lights, original menthol and java Juice. Sign up to our membership or Facebook page to hear about new and exciting premium and boutique flavours.
  • 10) Why are Freedoms better than tobacco cigarettes?

Firstly, they are much cheaper with saving of up to 70% on your normal cigarette spend. Secondly, they are socially more acceptable, not producing second hand smoke or smells that affect others. Thirdly, when disposed of responsibly (or returned to Freedom) they have less impact on the environment.
  • 11) How long does a battery last between charges?

In our original range the battery lasts up to 150 puffs depending on the user. In our new 2012 Super Cartomiser range they Lithium ion battery lasts up to 300 puffs and our disposables cannot be recharged.
  • 12) HOW MUCH NICOTINE IS EACH CARTRIDGE?

Freedom cartridges come in three different strengths of nicotine: Full (1.6% or 16mgs of nicotine), Medium (1.1% or 11mgs of nicotine) and low (0.8% or 8mgs of nicotine).
  • 13) IF I WANT TO ORDER AN I-PACK OR 2012 STARTER BUT WANT TOBACCO LIGHT FLAVOUR, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

As the i-Pack or 2012 Starter are only available in original tobacco flavour or original menthol. Just continue shopping and add another cartridge packet to your order. Choose from original tobacco, original menthol, tobacco lights or Java Juice.
  • 14) How long does it take to fully recharge my i-Pack?

To charge a fully discharged i-Pack takes approximately 3 hours. For safety and warrantee retention, only used Freedom accessories to charge you i-Pack.
  • 15) HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE BATTERY NEEDS TO BE RECHARGED?

The LED tip will flash 3 times to signify that your electric cigarette battery is out of charge. Do not continuously run the battery when the battery power is almost fully discharged. If you do it could damage the battery permanently and affect your warrantee. When charging your lithium battery for the first time, do so for 8 hours.
